And the pricing and speed are great as well. If the price online says $59, it’s exactly $59 you will pay, no taxes (taxes included), no service charges.

The Pathfinder fiber network has been exceptional so far. Throughput seems consistently better than expected and we’ve had a couple outages over the past few months on our Comcast business circuit that required us to fall back on the new Pathfinder fiber circuit. The Pathfinder fiber circuit has not gone down yet so that is very helpful. Also as a non-profit we are grateful for discounted pricing and have been satisfied with the tech support and setup. I live in a very rural area of Carbondale and also my house didn’t have good visual to towers until pathfinders. They established a connection even before going on my roof. I am in an HOA so the placement of the dish is important. I spray painted the arm before installation; the dish itself is very small; they were able to hide it between roofs. Everything, was fantastic and professional. I mistakenly tried Hughes Net! Worse possible service I’ve ever experienced! The dish is huge and they charge for data and don’t have an unlimited plan. Costs a future month to month. I also tried 3 of the other service providers and the installation would have required digging a trench from the highest location on my lot to the house; putting extenders on the roof to get the signal higher; installing the dish on the very front peak which would have been an eye sore to my neighbors. We moved from downtown Aspen to the Castle Creek valley around ten years ago, and have struggled with poor internet connections ever since. Most recently, we had ViaSat service, which was OK, but affected by weather on occasion. We had the largest service package and typically ran out of data halfway through the month, and had to buy more, so that was an expensive alternative. We recently were able to connect to Pathfinder's new fiber service in our valley, and have been very happy with the service so far. It's definitely the best alternative in our valley at the present time.

After years of searching, only to be told by various Internet Service Providers that we are either out of their coverage area or subject to archaic bandwidth limits that would only be practical for an internet user of the 90s, Pathfinder delivered. Their techs came out ON TIME and were done with the entire installation in less than two hours. The service personnel that came to the property were incredibly professional and kept me in the loop about every single step of the installation procedure to ensure that it was 100% satisfactory before moving forward. The service has been EXACTLY as promised in terms of speed, and in the short time that we have been with them, the reliability has been flawless. Their online billing portal is also very modern and easy to use, a true first for any type of utility company. I cannot recommend Pathfinder highly enough. If you are unhappy with your current provider and are inside of Pathfinder's signal range, stop what you are doing and SWITCH! You will not regret it.

Wish I would have switched sooner. I live up county road 112 and was using Hughesnet. Videos would take forever to load and download speeds were so slow. With Pathfinder, videos, streaming and gaming all work smoothly and with much quicker speeds than before. Also having no data caps is very nice. All the employees I’ve dealt with have been helpful and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new provider.

Install was easy as we used the existing Rise antenna mast. Needed to upgrade cable outside to UV protected CAT6. Speeds are better and system more stable. Getting Rise to cancel account took major effort!

This is an amazing ISP! We have lived in Old Snowmass for 13 years and have been tied down to limited service for so long. Our current speed is 5 times faster than what we had. Before Pathfinder we had HughesNet. What a huge improvement!! The data caps that were put in us with HughesNet made it nearly impossible to accomplish anything online except for basic tasks like checking bank accounts and email. Once we switched to Pathfinder we were able to stream on multiple devices at a time without having to constantly check our data useage for the day. Having reliable internet also allowed us the opportunity to keep in touch better with relatives through video chat. I would highly recommend Pathfinder to anyone who is looking for reliable internet service in the Roaring Fork Valley.
